BalletFit has been developed by Clare Dooley and Jamie Leighton .
Jamie has a broad spectrum of fitness experience, as an athlete, coach and qualified personal trainer. He has been an international competitive rower for over 10 years and trained beginner athletes to World Champions. Clare has worked as a professional dancer for over 20 years and is also a qualified sports therapist. Together they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to an exercise programme that can be developed for all fitness levels to allow everybody to achieve a sculpted, defined, head to toe look.
The BalletFit method for transforming the body is based on targeting the small muscle groups combined with dynamic stretching. Small adjustments to each movement performed regularly, will bring long term results. A leaner, tighter body and improved posture
